I loved their bed it was very comfy, however they did not refill the soap in the bathrooms.

It seems like they were not ready for me as a guest.

Cleaning staff came early to tell us to check out before the check out time, the floor was so dirty and we requested a double bed instead we got 2 single beds

Place was clean

Place was not neat .we didn't have fridge .lots of insects .even the sheets were not clean

Deeply disappointed. Don't let the pictures fool you! In our opinion, the pictures do not resemble the actual place. Definitely not clean (just pull back the bed covers and you will see the disgusting stains on the sheets) with a foul and disgusting odour in the room! Furniture is old and needs to be replaced. We were looking forward to a relaxing escape, but had to find different accommodation as we feel the hygiene was not up to standard. We found accommodation with the same pricing per night, and Lake Hotel could not even compare.. Which indicates that the guest's experience is of no importance to them. We did take the issues up with management where we were basically told that they "are a low budget 2 star motel and if we wanted something more upmarket we should have booked into a guesthouse or resort" . YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY IF YOU BOOK HERE!

Close to places of attraction, the dam wall and the animal park. The restaurants were like a walking distance and also there is a restaurant at the motel.

Clean but not to the max. Used cigarettes from previous guests in the outside area. Close to some of Harties activities.Great aircon! Wifi not so good.
