The bedroom was extremely stuffy, so I had to purchase a diffuser, room spray, and a duvet insert since I couldn’t use the provided bedding. Unfortunately, I had to bear additional expenses to ensure my stay was comfortable.

“Spacious & Clean”
The place is spacious and super clean. The showers are massive and the room itself. The place has some palm trees so it really gives you that fresh air, 'I'm away on holiday' feel. Loved it. The bed was super comfortable too.

Its situated right next to Caravela which is a Portuguese restaurant. Food and service at the restaurant is impeccable. Breakfast at the lodge was really good. Lots of stores and malls nearby. Cable way and Little Paris are a very short distance away.

The establishment is very badly managed and run and what is advertised is not what is experienced. Not sure where the 4 star rating comes from, is more like a 2 star. When a ground floor unit was requested, guests were put on the first floor, with stairs to climb daily. The TV channels advertised are not what is offered. Some rooms do not have the advertised hairdryer in the room. The room does not have a sofa as advertised, but rather two not-so comfortable wicker chairs. Communication from the staff is very poor and lead to guests almost not received the paid for and included breakfast. The resident big dogs (German Shepherd) could be a problem for non-pet lovers. Maybe okay for an overnight stay, but certainly not for extended stays (4 nights).
