We made a reservation for a room with kingsize bed. The lady at the frontdesk gave us our keycard. When entering the room we saw that we had double queensize beds! I contacted the reception. They didn’t have rooms with kingbeds anymore. And because I booked with booking.com she couldn’t offer me anything else. I had to mail her mamager. Which I did and I never heard anything from that man. By checking out, I again discussed it. Just mail the manager they said.

Breakfast was excellent. Area was very close to highway but no road noise. Very convenient to lots of stores and restaurants. Very nice outside lounge area with fire pit and comfortable outdoor furniture, and it was very private. Pool was great also.

Friendly staff - good location, good breakfast and lots of amenities. We were more than pleased how well the guests were treated. Fast elevators, good, appointed rooms and a delicious breakfast. Plus the roof top restaurant was a value added if you didn't want to leave the property for dinner.

“Excellent place to stay overall, had a nice view of the mountains.”
Very nice place to stay, wish we would have stayed an extra day. Very nice place to stay if you have children, pull out couch was nice feature. Would have enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, had the weather been warmer. Good location if you are visiting some of Shenandoah’s caverns.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt hotel. The inside was very sleek and modern. My fiance and I slept in so we didn’t get to experience the breakfast but from what I’ve heard, it was pretty good. The shower was nice and hot but the pressure could’ve been a little better. Overall it was nice and I would stay here again.

“One night stay, would definitely stay again!”
Nice new hotel with spacious well-decorated rooms. Pleasant staff. Very pet-friendly. Easy to reach from the highway. Easy parking. Would stay here agin when in the area.
