“This place is a catfish. Do not book”
Not sure where to start.. this is by far the worst place my family and I have ever (attempted to) stay in. We left after a couple hours. The doors didn't lock, you would look it and if you pushed barely enough it would open. The actual apartment was not maintained at all, the walls were going to fall soon, the beds were not clean and were full of hair. Reading other reviews, the place did not look like what we booked, other people's pictures look different to ours. I would be very concerned about booking this place unless you meet a certain criteria it seems like

The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, especially as I ran into some car trouble while I was travelling on my own. They helped me change my tyre and made me feel so at home, I would definitely stay here again!

It was a totally impromptu decision to stay in Harrismith that evening. Off course I checked Booking.com for suggestions for a stay. Rose Garden Manor came highly recommended. Minutes after I booked my stay, I arrived at the venue. I was warmly welcomed, showed my room, and invited inside the main house - stunning stunning stunning place, rich in history - offered a delicious cup of coffee, and felt part of the family.
