There was a huge burnt spot in the carpet, the ceiling had a huge water damage spot, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and there was just a strange, musty smell.

The efficient booking in and out process , a generous sized room which the cleaner kept spotless. And a sufficient breakfast to set you up for the day.

“Poor staff service at check in”

The receptionist didnt let us check in spite of providing him with the reservation number from Booking.com which was confirmed by him. As our names was not updated in his system. Made us wait for 30 minutes at midnight 2 small kids my parents and wife after a 6 hr drive. Never happened before. Had us call booking.com to update the names the customer service said the Hotel can sign you in after which the reception mentioned he is doing this for as an exception.
