The Svornost Wellness Hotel lies surrounded by the scenic Giant Mountains, only 5 minutes from the centre of Harrachov, the popular winter and summer mountain resort. On the ground floor you find the great relax centre, featuring an indoor swimming pool (free for hotel guests), fitness facilities, a sauna, massages, massage foot baths and many more relaxing treats. “Nicely renovated hotel for families”
Nice hotel partially renovated. We had free upgrade from booking to Superior room for 3 people. So superior room for economy price was great, but taking into consideration what would it cost, it has some lows. Great staff from waitresses to cleaning. Good location for hikes and city centre is not far away. Nice restaurant for let’s say expectable prices. It has billiard, darts, wellness, and even though our kid is too small I would say it has nice program for kids with animators, playground outside and inside.

“Good base for families, needs improvements”
We stayed with family and friends, traveling with kids aged 4, 6, and 9. The hotel is nicely located, about a 10-minute walk to the town center. Rooms were clean and modern, beds were comfortable, and bathrobes and towels were provided. A small fridge was available in the room. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast selection was decent. The kids’ playroom has a nice slide and climbing wall, which is a good base for further improvement.

“Great place and food, will come again”
The location is nice and close to walking paths. The teretory of the hotel is big and green, very convenient for dogs it's enough to go for a short walk around. SPA area is nice especially saunas. All common areas are clean and convenient, freashly renovated. The food was delisious and the prices in the Bar was very plesant considering that there are not that many options around the hotel.

The value was insane. Me and my son went for a lads trip for one night half board for 1500czk! The facilities were everything we needed and more. The room was old but we expected that when we booked.

I stayed in an economy room and unfortunately the carpet had a terrible smell, even with the window open. I’m glad I only stayed one night. The room itself felt very old. Apart from that, the hotel was okay and the location was excellent

The young blonde lady in reception is not nice person. She does not know how behave well to hotel guests. She responds with impudence, arrogance, and a bad tone. She worked on 23.08 and 26.08, we do not remember her name but hope that managment will know who is she and treat it accordingly. Other service team members in bar, reception, and kitchen were been nice and OK. The food was good, pool as well. We had 2 rooms. One was new and other with old furniturs.
