Amazing place! Probably the best in Harrachov and maybe even Prague in my opinion:) super nice and friendly staff, great attention to guests and also details in the hotel. There is iron and hairdryer in a room, don’t need go back and forth to the reception to ask for it! Food! We had amazing breakfast and also decided have a dinner, we’re very satisfied.

Amazing new luxury hotel. I was really surprised to see so high quality hotel and so friendly personal in Czech Republic. The combination is really rare in Czech :) So I absolutely love this hotel and become a regular guests (it was my 3rd time in Pytloun Harrachov) Kids court is amazing Food is delicious Spa is luxury Personal is very friendly Welcome glass of Prosecco is perfect Pizza is like in Italy 🔥 Life music is so cool

Breakfast was really nice, it was warm in the hotel, loved the winter garden with fire. Cosy space. Spa is nice and cool outdoor punge pool.

A very intimate and pleasant place. Excellent, fresh and varied breakfasts. The food on the menu is also very good and at good prices. Very friendly service, the waiters really try hard and do a good job. A very nice hotel, we will gladly return. We recommend it and send our best regards.

The hotel is very cozy and charming, with a beautiful lobby. The beds are comfortable, and there are three types of pillows to choose from, which was a nice touch. The bed linen and towels were clean and fresh. The room also included a bathrobe and slippers. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with a good selection of options. The hotel also has a game room with table football, table tennis, and billiards, which was a great addition and really helped brighten up our evening.

There are doubts about the cleanliness of the bed linen, and there is an unpleasant smell in the pool and the surrounding relaxation area.

The location is perfect for those seeking tranquility and clean nature. The reception staff is very professional,polite and quick to find solutions to any issues. We received a private spa as an apology for the delay in the check-in

First at all it’s always a big pleasure to get the personal welcome letter from CEO&Owner. Huge thanks to Ing. Lukáš Pytloun for keeping such tradition. We felt ourself as family who came to their best friend. The room was big enough, warm and with mountain view from the balcony. Big thanks to Tomaš for fantastic unforgettable sauna ritual. We got aromatherapy plus “dance of towel” in sauna. Highly recommend to visit it!

“Very relaxing and enjoyable”

Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Scrambled eggs and the bacon and sausages were great, but also big variety of muesli, cheese, fruits etc. Easy location to start a hike. Waiting staff was very helpful although some of them didn't really speak English that well. Restaurant food in the evening was great every night for decent prices. The game room with table tennis and billiards was nice. The interior decorating is nice and relaxing. Sandals and bath robes provided.

Great hotel located in a good place if you walk along the trails of the National Park. Very nice service, clean rooms, delicious food in the restaurant served for dinner and a very large choice for breakfast. A very nice service, open to help, quickly explaining the hotel's offer, and very open to help even after working hours. I highly recommend it.
