“Horrible, bed bugs all over, and unhelpful staff.”
I slept here for one night and after my stay here I discovered bed bug bites all over my body. During the night I started to feel itchy and by next evening my arms, legs and neck were covered in bites. It was a terrible itch that kept me awake for three nights as I couldn’t sleep. The people working here were trying to be helpful but instead insulted me by telling that it wasn’t their fault and that I must have had scabies instead. This was clearly not the case when looking upon my symptoms. The staff only offered a half refund of my stay here, and only a full refund if I got a doctors note saying that it wasn’t scabies. Very unhelpful and clearly not willing to help a guest that suffered from bed bugs while staying at their accommodation. Do not visit, do not stay the night.
