Overview
Overlooking Elephant Lake, this cottage resort in Harcourt, Ontario offers a private beach area 3 minutes’ walk away. A sauna is located on site and all cottages feature a fully equipped kitchen. A TV and DVD player are provided in each cottage at Silver Springs Cottage Resort. All cottages are equipped with a private bathroom. Linens and blankets are provided upon request with surcharge. Laundry facilities are available at a cost at Silver Springs Cottage Resort Harcourt. A children’s playground and library offer recreational options on site. Guests can make use of gas barbecue facilities on the private terrace. A fish cleaning area with freezer service is also accessible. Dana our host was the star of the show. From start to finish she made our stay there feel like a home from home; our little haven of solace. A spacious, clean and tidy cabin, we couldn’t really ask for more. Loons, canoes, lakes and good times, thanks so much for looking after us!

The cottage was cozy and quiet with beautiful views of the lake and countryside. We were in the area for the bancroft gemboree and to go rockhounding. There are many collecting sites nearby as well as geo- caching and other outdoor activities. The owners are attentive to guests needs and are very friendly.

The lake is beautiful, we had a picture perfect view from our front window and deck. Our three hosts were very welcoming, nice, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were able to park our car in front of our accommodations, which was very convenient. When we booked through booking.com, the website indicated that the earliest (no extra fee) check-in was 5:00 p.m., so that it what I selected. When I called Silver Springs before driving there, Dana, who answered the phone, kindly offered that our accommodations would be ready at 3:00 p.m. and that we could check in then at no additional charge instead of 5:00p.m. This was very much appreciated. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time there.

Lovely staff and nice location! The High Falls are near and other great trails. Also you have a beach and access to boats/canoes, which are fun. All in all we had a good stay!

“Classic Holiday Cottages”
Hostess was super friendly and helpful. Cottage #9 had a well equipped kitchen and a lovely view. We enjoyed our stay!
