Hotel can't find any of my booking which I have 3 booking in this hotel. And left me nowhere as they said they didn't have anything from booking.com And if I want to stay with them I will have to do as walk in. Which I do so cos we don't have anywhere else to go. Please explain on the booking problem. This is the second time happening to me as no booking from booking.com

“Wonderful stay in the heart of west harbin”
Location of this hotel was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here as it was close to the internet famous yellow roses outside vienna plaza. It was also directly across the road from plenty of restaurants that were open well past midnight (if you ever stay out late like I did). Staff were also very accommodating with check in time, leaving luggages at reception post checkout time and also offering additional amenities on an as needed basis (sewing kit etc.)

The room was clean. Staffs are really good. They can't speak in English properly but they tried a lot to help the people by using the translator apps. I will recommend this hotel at my best.
