This is flase advertising! I took the place for my elderly Mother as it was "close to the airport" 5.6 miles ... so roughly that is 10km and should take more than 15 minutes 🤔 My mother was horrified when they approached form Harare last night and the road was dreadful full of very large potholes. Just awful. They were then very late in getting to the Establishment. The Establishment does not respond to calls or to Booking.com messages nor to WhatsApp messages... They advertise as Cash Only but they have Card Facilities! Their Airport Shuttle is an absolute disaster! It was arranged for 8:00am this morning and was not there ... eventually the Uber got my mother there at 9:20 for her 10:00 flight and she missed it because of this Establishment! Dreadful do not use it! Do not use it!

“cool, memorable”
there was not hot water for bathing in the mornings. This was for ll the days we stayed, the excuse was zESA inavailabilty but in this modern day and age solar geysers must be functional and in place
