I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The host was extremely caring, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always making sure that every guest felt comfortable and welcome. Their kindness created a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the stay :) The food was another highlight of the experience. We were served delicious local dishes, full of authentic flavors and prepared with great care. Every meal was fresh, tasty, and gave us a real taste of the local culture. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with outstanding hospitality and amazing traditional food.

Naleef is a gracious and natural host. He was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, made great recommendations, and made my stay thoroughly enjoyable. I also had dinner and breakfast, both of which were delicious and plentiful. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and the views are outstanding. It's an easy walk from both the train station and the bus stand. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend it.

The owner was very kind, recommended some places to visit. Even though the room was pretty cold at night, the blanket was very comfy. He even provided another one for the early morning tuktuk trip to the Lipton's seat. Besides, when the famous tea factory was unexpectedly closed for the day I visited, he dropped me at an another one closeby, just before I checked out. The view was very nice.

From a long tuktuk ride, we arrived at the destination tired and our host welcomed us with the hot cup of tea from the nearby plantations. In short 5’ he organized the whole plan for our stay (tuktuk, destinations to see and the restaurants to visit in Haputale). With our batteries 10% full, we were fascinated by his organizational skill. He made it super easy for us and was kind at all times! It is what made our stay!😊

The host at this property is so helpful and the food made by his wife is exceptional- don’t bother to look for food elsewhere in town, this home cooked food is the best. Beautiful location and wonderful hospitality.

The host gave us a lot of tipps for activities in the area and helped us organise them. Food is available as preferred and the view from the terrace is simply stunning! Great place to stay whilst discovering haputale!

A cozy family hotel in the center of Haputale with fantastic views. The greatest value, however, is definitely the very helpful family, who assisted us in every way and gave us recommendations for nearby sights to visit, and their tuk-tuk driver was very reliable and nice. In addition, they prepared dinner for us on two evenings, which was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka, with surprisingly delicious soups. Breakfast was also very tasty. Many thanks for hosting us!

“A place to relax, eat and enjoy Haputale”
This is a really relaxing place within the centre of Haputale. You have amazing view from both the room balcony as well as where you have dinner/breakfast. The owner is a super friendly, knowledgable guy with a good sense of humor, and he made us feel at home. Last but not least; the home cooked food is amazing. You get to try all sorts of Sri Lankan dishes both for breakfast and dinner. Given the limited number of restaurants in Haputale we decided to eat here and man was that a right choice!

“Peerless vistas from Haputale”
This little hotel is an adventure unto itself. A challenging drive way up to Haputale and then down to the hotel. But the view is worth it. I struggle with stairs and the staff kindly accommodated me, even bringing my meals up to my room. The facilities are very basic but perfectly adequate. The manager is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.
