No one should book here.I booked two weeks ago. I called and asked if the booking is correct.He said yes that day.But they did not answer even though they called a day before leaving.Left a message at night saying that the booking is not available at the cancle hotel. A crap hotel. 🙁🙁

“fantastic service and a bed that guarantees a good night's sleep.”
From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer my questions. They made me feel genuinely welcome. But the real star of the show was the bed! It was incredibly comfortable - plush yet supportive. I slept like a rock that night.

“Cheaters”
I booked the whole villa before 2 days of my visit and got the confirmation from booking.com same time. However, when I reached Haputala got a call from the Rest saying that they are unable to accommodate my booking since there I was a funeral but I called other number to confirm their reason, it was totally lie. This is nonsense they did to me and I suggest booking.com not to advertise this kind of cheater anymore.

We booked a family room through the booking.com before a week and informed to owner of the guest. Finally we were on the way to the guest and I called again to inform our arrival time. Then he said, they are unable to give that booked room for us and he has reserved that room for another customer. We were disappointed and wasted our time for that bad incident. He didn't answer our call at least. Finally we found a good place " Rosenka rest inn- Haputhale" I really inform you that don't trust "Hillcrest Haputhale" at anytime. Thanks Sanjeewa

“Spectacular stay, Excellent hospitality & reasonably priced✨”
The rooms were very clean, very comfortable, spacious and the amenities were great .Views from the windows are breathtaking .The staff member who were there is so delightful & eager to help us. Hence,it went over and beyond to help our stay more enjoyable.Overall the service was exceptional ❤️😇 & I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Haputale🙌
