Everything. Wonderful big room with a great shower. Excellent food. Amazing and kind hosts. Would give it a 10/10 rating.

half of the hotel is abondend. i arrived and asked around if the hotel is open. neighbours told me it,s closed. i tried to find the house of the owner... no success... the owner send me a message the room is ready and waiting for me. but where?

It was a lovely set up very convenient location clean and made us comfortable despite the cold weather the comfy blankets kept us warm and had a very nice deep sleep Enjoyed staying there and the staff were very friendly and cooperative

Big, comfortable rooms with all facilities you need. There is a kitchen and nice bathroom. Big area around to walk, mountain view, stars view at night. It's close to Edison seat, Edison bunglow (monastery), Haputale and close to many waterfalls. It's good to have your own car or bike here.

Staff flexibility and the hot water provided perfect.

Our stay in Green Valley was memorable. It's close to Haputale and the main attractions and waterfalls. There is a bus stand just right in front of the hotel. There are nice and affordable rooms in the jungle. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. The food was awesome as well.

Staff and the manager was very friendly and supportive. Location and the climate was very good.

Worst staff. Room was not even swept till we arrive. Dust in beds and everywhere. Stains in every bed sheet. Asked the staff for some fresh bed sheets. Gave ones with even worse sheets. looks like blood stains idk😒. Ants in beds. See pictures for yourself. Staff knows nothing. Always have to call owner for every little thing. They even got ahold of my ID and insisted giving another room after saying I’m leaving. Gave the ID only after I promised i will not call the owner about this. Never stayed in this place after seeing all these. Went to Haputale town and found a good place instead.

Evrything! Incredible place in nature in the middle of the jungle, amazing design of room, beautiful surrounding, good cuisine and super friendy and nice stuff ! I felt like home, many thanks and I hope to come back 🙂

The staff was lovely! they were very polite and welcoming, we were received with tea and clean towels! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, we were accompanied by monkeys and lots of fruits and tea

The place was really nice .. . The owner was kind enough to find a smal bed the baby. We booked a vila .since there was no one in the bungalow the owner moved us there which is what we call a great customer service.
