The hotel was quite close to the Railway station which was perfect as we needed an overnight stay in Haputale before moving down South the next morning. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable but everywhere was so quiet due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. We were the only people staying in the Hotel and in the restaurant when we went out which gave an air of sadness to the town. As the name suggests it did have amazing views.

In itself an average room with a nice terrace and (if no fog) a very nice view of the mountains. As far as we saw the staff, they were very nice. Unfortunately, this only happened at check-in and check-out. So we can't say whether it is family-run or not. Unfortunately, we also had no hot water for 2 days, but couldn't find anyone to address this in the morning and evening.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of town. It was convenient to access shops, restaurants, and public transport. Also, staff are verry friendly. An ideal spot for exploring Haputale... ❤❤❤

The view was amazing and the breakfast was great. Staffs were amazing. Hotel is situated near to the railway station. Rooms was as expected.staffs were very friendly. Great location. Provided a closed parking for cars.
