“Not worth your money”
It's the worst ever accommodation booked in Sri Lanka. The route to the bungalow is very tight and dirty and can't be reached unless you have a small car and no service provided for luggage transfer. The bungalow is with no privacy. The staff kept entering the public area, including the kitchen and sitting room without any permission. It was mentioned in our booking that we have a kitchen including an oven, a fridge and other kit, but in the checkout, they charged us an extra 2500lkr/day for using the kitchen. Even though we tried to talk to the man in charge about the terms and conditions mentioned on the website, he said the website is wrong. As will there was lots of electricity cut off so that we spent long times without electricity.

Compare to previous visits, poorly arranged breakfast, only few peaces of roti, small potion od salmon curry. We have requested coconut sambal but provided onion & chilli chutney. Hygiene of wash room also not that great

The location was idyllic & the grounds beautiful. The rooms were comfortable & suited our family of 9. It was a good place to relax.The food served was excellent & the staff very helpful & friendly. Would love to return for a longer stay.

Great location with great landscape, Staff were very friendly and helpful all the times. Highly recommended anyone to everyone who travel to Haputhale. One of the best in Haputhale.
