“Beautiful place, so relaxing, a real treat for the soul”
The building is wonderful, the staff so friendly, from being picked up at Hanno station (30 minute drive) to the receptionists and the servers, everyone is so attentive and respectful and nice. Free beer in the lounge is a winner. The baths while not huge are clean and hot, just as I love it. The food is exquisitely good. I would highly recommend Taishikaku

The cups that being used haven't be cleaned. Things that i put on the table were moved around after room service cleaning. The restaurant in the hotel was closed during my stay.
