Team - this place has closed down and I did not get any notification so turned up and had nowhere to stay and the money i paid has not been returned - so a terrible experience!!

Room was great, However Staff took things out of my room after we had left, once we remembered we came straight back, our room had been clean, the cleaner denied even seeing these. These weren't small items, even when asked if he had removed anything, we were told no. An hour later after discussing things with management they finally turned up. Funny that. We got two responses; they were pushed to the back of the fridge (Not Possible) then staff didn't understand us. He clearly knew as we all went to the fridge. Afterall this I was charged more for the room as billed, I asked staff to email me the bill, they haven't and no one will reply to my emails, for a refund. It was $7.65 more Not the point of the value, but it wasn't the price through Booking.com. How many others have been over charged and not noticed a few dollars. I won't stay there again or refer anyone for all the lies and dishonestly. Sad as the room was good. SO disappointed.

The staff were incredibly obliging when we had to change our booking. Instructions for arrival were emailed & clear. Overall, we couldnt fault the service. Thank you..

The room and bathroom were very spacious and nice and clean. The retreat is easy to find. We were checking in a little later, so reception txt with details for speedy check-in.

Woke up to no hot water. No shower, no shave, really disappointed. When I told staff, they said, yes I know, sorry. Waste of money. And to be fair, the place is clean, tidy, and the staff are very professional and polite.

The spacious bedroom/living area and the large bed. The motel was very clean.

We find this is one of the best accomodations in hanmer springs... Beautiful large apartments, good beds, very clean & well kept. Bonus is the large bathroom with spa bath! And the views from the balcony are exceptional.Also great value for money. We love it.
