“Best hotel in Hangzhou”
A fantastic hotel! Would recommend this place for anyone travelling to Hangzhou. The rooms are so stylish and beautiful, as is the view. We loved the spa, sauna, gym and the buffet breakfast was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and so helpful. It was my birthday and Mark and the team organised a beautiful cake and card which made our stay so special. The location is also fabulous. Perhaps it seems a little far away from the lake but I think it's the best location. The old streets and canals nearby are very interesting with great shops and cafes and lots of great spots to people watch away from the really busy areas. Would 100% recommend the hotel and we hope we will be back soon!

“Very poor treatment. They never mentioned during the booking that I would be required to pay a deposit. When I arrived a”
was unexpectedly required to pay a deposit of 2,000 RMB, but I did not have Chinese currency with me, and this requirement was not mentioned at the time of booking. This caused me great embarrassment, especially since I had already informed them that I would not be using the minibar. I was treated poorly and felt humiliated. Even when I offered to pay the deposit in US dollars, they refused and insisted on receiving it in RMB. This put me in a very uncomfortable situation in front of a friend who owns a factory in China, and he ended up paying the deposit on my behalf.

“Had the best stay! Location is good, great service from staff and comfy spacious room!”
Hotel room was amazing, spacious, clean, decorated with taste and so comfortable. Love the in-room tub that I can enjoy a hot soak at the end of day. The hotel staff were the most helpful as I was a solo traveller and they gladly assisted me with my luggage courier when I delivered them from another city a day before my check-in. Check-in process was smooth and so was check out. They even accommodated a late check out for me on my last day. Location of the hotel is satisfactory (about 30 mins drive from Xihu) and next to a mall a well to give that quick access for food and anything you need on a pinch.

Magnificent, spotlessly clean and very comfortable accommodation. Beautiful gardens too! The hotel is a short walk from a great shopping centre which is also very convenient.

The standing bath water drainage is not good. Water flowed to bath tub area, making it slippery prone to falling and slipping. Pls improve.

“Fantastic”
The décor is great and comfortable, and the location offers convenient access to restaurants and a shopping center. There is an excellent massage parlour right next to the hotel. Although it's slightly further from the main city area, I find it perfectly fine as it allows me to avoid crowds.
