“Excellent Staff and Great Location”
The location was superb—just an 8-minute walk to the lake. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even carrying our luggage up the steep stairs and helping load it into the taxi. The staff member we interacted with spoke English and was very helpful in guiding us to the lake and recommending lunch options. The hotel is definitely value for money. We only stayed for a few hours during our transit, but the experience was pleasant overall.

Convenient walking distance location to places of interests & Ding An Metro station. Easily access to food stalls, restaurant & night market. Room is clean. Worth the value. Can't expect too much for the pricing paid.

“Need to buy air freshener and ask for toilet paper and liquid shower soap. The room was not prepared”
The cheap hotel does not prepare the room as it should. The toilet paper and liquid shower soap were not provided at first (we need to ask the reception) and the room seems very humid and smells awful. We need to buy an air freshener from a convenience store. However, we are provided with umbrellas when it rains outside.
