The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. There is a busstop right in front of the hotel. It’s near Hefang Street and a 20min walk to Wesr Lake.

We had a wonderful stay at Lanshe Hotel in Hangzhou. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and had a very unique interior which gave the hotel a special boutique atmosphere and charm. What impressed us most was the incredibly helpful reception team. They were always friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. They even helped organize a private car for us from Hangzhou to Suzhou, which made our trip much smoother and stress-free. The hotel combines comfort, style, and excellent hospitality, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Hangzhou.

Lovely hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great near 2 great areas and subway within 8-10min walk. Bus stop right outside to go to West lake. Room had kettle, water, toiletries and hairdryer. Its a smart room( not Alexa) but she didnt understand us. Had fun discovering light switches.

Great location that not far from West Lake and close to the Line 1 subway entrance. It’s easy to find. The room is pretty comfortable, with a smart toilet, a separate bathroom, and smart lighting control panel. The room service is nice, always provide bottle of water every time I come back. The reception staff are professional and sweet, they make me feel at home.

Good location close to various sites. Electric toilet was nice. Handy laundry facilities.

This was probably the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip in China. I would especially like to highlight the staff — everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. At the reception, you can enjoy complimentary tea or coffee, which was a nice touch. The room was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, with a lovely bathtub and a heated toilet. I also appreciate the hotel’s location — it is situated on a very charming street with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. Thank you very much for everything — we truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location in an amazing area of Hangzhou. Right next to beautiful shopping streets that also have lots of restaurants and cute shops nearby. Right in front of the Hotel there is a Bus stop and it’s only 20 minutes walking to the west lake. The rooms are incredible nice and clean! Staff is so helpful and friendly. Also it was the most comfortable Hotel bed that I’ve ever slept in! Perfect place to stay!!!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, washing machine.

Very clean, big enough rooms with furniture and decoration that resemble those of the Republican Era of China. The location is great, we could visit all main attractions even only on foot. The subway station was also very close. The extremely big bed size was indeed accurate and impressive! Definitely recommended!
