“FANTASTIC AND FUN EXPERIENCE”

We spent a wonderful week at Ellaidhoo as a group of three (grandmother and grandchildren), staying in both a Superior Room and a Beach Bungalow. It was truly a fantastic experience. Ellaidhoo is a resort that fully meets every expectation, both in terms of marine activities and the facilities and activities available within the resort. The credit for our amazing vacation goes above all to the staff, especially to the Chef Dinesh for being always nice and by being creative with his dishes (for breakfast he always prepared us beautiful and personalized pancakes) and allowed us to enjoy a wide variety of delicious cuisine (and that’s coming from Italians who love good food!). We participated to one of his cooking class, Dinesh taught us how to prepare a traditional Sri Lankan dish. It was a really nice and funny experience, where each of us had the opportunity to cook. The staff in the restaurant serving at the table were all amazing and nice especially Shareef and Muaz, who looked after us every day. They were professional, attentive, and took great care of us throughout our stay, while also making us laugh with their friendliness and sense of humor. A special thanks goes also to Anik, who was responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodations, which were always spotless and perfectly maintained. Anyone visiting the Maldives already knows how stunning the sea is, but if our vacation was truly unforgettable, we owe it to the staff at Ellaidhoo for the warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality they showed us. The staff were all so friendly and polite

Choosing this resort was absolutely the right decision for us — it was worth every dollar we spent. The island is beautiful and cozy, with an amazing house reef for snorkeling, and it's conveniently located not too far from Malé. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was delicious with plenty of great options to choose from. Our room for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was simply amazing. We truly didn't want to leave. Both our kids and we completely fell in love with this place. A big thank you to everyone who made our vacation so special and unforgettable. We hope to come back again one day!

I had a fantastic stay characterized by truly authentic hospitality. As a solo traveler, the team made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. I want to give a specific shout-out to **Chandana, Asela, Madhawa, Saleem, Ann, Alif, Naif, and Sadam** for their phenomenal work, and a special thanks to **Shaukat** for his humorous and personal attention at dinner. The culinary team does an outstanding job—the food was always fresh, delicious, and offered a wide variety. Additionally, as someone who needed to stay connected, the Wi-Fi was excellent and consistent at 4.5Mbps across the entire resort. I highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a genuine Maldivian getaway.

Sincere thanks to the hotel managers about organizing a transfer The the beach villa was comfortable and had a view of the ocean. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The crew of Ellaidhoo was genuinely interested in the well-being of the guests. The reef is unique with living corals and a huge variety of fish. We met rays and turtles.Separate value for feeding-very tasty and sophisticated dishes. We will definitely return to this resort next time. Thank you for the comfort and coziness.

We spent 8 unforgettable days at Ellaidhoo Maldives and it truly exceeded all our expectations – it was not only a holiday, but also the place where we had our wedding on the beach, making it the most special trip of our lives. Location Ellaidhoo Island is about a 1.5-hour speedboat ride from Malé. The island is set in a breathtaking, picturesque environment – a real paradise on Earth. The beaches are clean and well maintained, surrounded by the most beautiful turquoise ocean. Although there is a breakwater around parts of the island – which initially concerned us when choosing the resort – in the end it did not disturb the view or the overall experience at all. Room We stayed in a Water Bungalow with a private terrace overlooking the ocean. It featured an outdoor shower and toilet, a spacious indoor bathroom, a comfortable double bed and a sofa. In the entrance area there is a plexiglass floor panel where you can watch the marine life – we even saw a shark swimming beneath us. The ocean is accessed from the jetty next to the bungalow rather than directly from the terrace. Compared to the ocean-view rooms (where our friends stayed), the water is slightly less direct to enter, but the bungalow is more spacious and the private terrace makes it absolutely worth it. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day – always greeting us with a smile in advance. Marine life We have never seen so many fish and such a variety of species in one place before. The coral reef is stunning. Within two days I had already seen every bucket-list animal I had hoped for: dolphins (one morning they were jumping in front of our terrace), countless reef sharks, several types of rays and a sea turtle. It was beyond anything we imagined. Excursions & activities We joined four programs and loved all of them: • Dolphin safari – about a 2-hour boat trip where we saw dolphins up close. 100% worth it.

The resort is in an amazing position few meters swimming from the coral reef. Rooms are spacious, bright and clean. Staff super kind, service excellent and transfers quick and on time. Meals every day different and delicious

“Perfect Island Getaway with Stunning Reef and Water Bungalows”

The Maldives are simply amazing, and this resort was absolutely perfect for us. The house reef is fantastic for daily snorkeling, and our water bungalow offered breathtaking ocean views. We were lucky enough to see sharks, rays, dolphins, and so many beautiful fish right around us. The food is also excellent and very diverse, offering something for every taste. We truly loved our stay — it was a very special and unforgettable experience.

The food was really good at the buffet the staff particularly someone called Ahmed was very helpful and served us well. A bath tub would be nice in the property Overall it is a beautiful stay, reception staff are helpful the entrainment at night is good. Good location for a max 4-5 nights

“Paradise, just like on the post-cards!”

Food: Excellent!! Everything was delicious and fresh. Really enjoyed a wide offering of cuisines which changed by day, and included local dishes to explore. Rooms / Facilities: Both our rooms (Water Bungalow & Beach Bungalow) were modern, comfortable, premium and immaculately clean. Stunning views! The resort offers a well-equipped gym, various sports facilities and equipment rental. Staff: Were super friendly, approachable and helpful. We did have some issues (see below) but in all cases Joie and her FoH Manager Sandeep were on hand to support. All of the staff were smiley and welcoming, willing to help with all of your needs. Sustainability: We absolutely loved just how much Ellaidhoo work to protect their incredible environment. From massively reducing / replacing single-use plastics, to waste reduction and reef protection initiatives the resort encourages staff and guests to conserve the beautiful surroundings. Location: As a whole the resort island is even better than the typical Maldives postcards. Even with max. capacity of ~300 guests, it feels secluded and intimate. There are many reefs to easily explore for great snorkelling, and excursions on offer can take you to nearby islands. The speed-boat journey is ~1.5 hours from Male. Even on a calm day the sea can be very bumpy… if you get sea sick, I’d consider a sea-plane transfer, or an island with a shorter boat ride.

“Simply paradise”

We spent 6 days at Ellaidhoo Resort by Cinnamon and we can't help but confirm that it was an unforgettable stay! The island is beautiful and well-maintained with great attention to the environment. The coral reef that surrounds it is spectacular and easily accessible just a few meters from the shore. We spotted reef sharks, all sorts of fish, rays, and even a sea turtle! We did snorkeling with turtles and manta rays, experiences organized by the resort's diving center, and they were truly unique. The spa is top-notch, with a very relaxing traditional Balinese couple's massage. The resort is well-organized, the food is excellent and varied, and the staff is always available and smiling. Our water villa was simply spectacular, fully equipped and very clean. In conclusion, it was a super positive experience and we can't wait to come back! Highly recommended!😊
