We had an absolutely amazing experience at By the shade Maldives! The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We booked the snorkeling safari and the nurse shark trip — both were unforgettable adventures. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with a cozy and peaceful atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the Maldives in a genuine and welcoming way!

The location was excellent and the beach and island was spectacular!!! Host was always there as needed and give us advices and help. We did wonderfull tours/ activities - all organised by local community. All in all highly recommend this place.

It was a great stay. The staff was amazing, they make everything to make us happy. Also the room were nice, clean with nice view. The brekfasts and dinners were really big and tasty. We also loved the excursions organized by By The Shade. The island has a beautifull reef around so it's hard to get bored.

“Absolutely amazing stay at By The Shade!”
I had an absolutely amazing stay at By The Shade villa. The villa is beautiful, the rooms are big and the ambience is awesome. The staff is very friendly, especially Mr Abu is very helpful to make the stay very comfortable. Lunch and Dinner must be pre-ordered every morning and the taste is fine. I ordered the Reef grilled fish for one of the dinners and the taste was delicious. They also have a good quality snorkelling kit available for free.
