“Best accommodation”
Great stay, absolutely amazing accommodation. The room is very spacious, location is quiet and calm, easy to walk to the town. Moais just behing the lodges. Amazing views, the terrace with seating is great for breakfast or afternoon coffee. Breakfast in the room was great, enough variety. Staff was absolutely amazing, everyone was super kind and helpful.

The staff was great, very nice, accommodating and engaging throughout our stay. The view at sunset from the room to the moais in front was amazing. The lodge was clean and felt very safe. The rooms have AC, which is essential in the island. Great value for money, we would recommend!

“Fabulous little Lodge with amazing sunset views”
The location was fabulous, right next to Taha Park, the open area with Moai you can enter without permit and use your walk to town and the seawater swimming lido in 15 minutes. The most beautiful place for sunsets on the island and in rooms 1,2,3,4, easily viewed from the terrace. Lovely addition of continental breakfast with eggs brought to our room each morning. Next to one of the best restaurants with wonderful sunset views and good food. Staff at lodge all very pleasant and helpful.

“Could not have been better!”
The best hotel we have been during our tour all around Chile. The hotel has perfect location, you have the best sunset spot just few steps from your room. Breakfast to the room so we could enjoy it on the terrace, perfect solution. And the best of all was the staff. The girls from reception really made all our wishes happen so I cant thank them enough. Especially for the help with birthday cake and my lost phone!Cleaning was also spotless. Thank you for creating amazing experience for us.

Location is exceptional! I could see Moai from the terrace. Amazing! Girls at reception are so friendly, kind and willing to share info about food, dining, also super supporting in making reservations. Most important for me, their hospitality and care are genuine, I felt wonderful like home. Amazing hospitality 😊

We loved staying here, pick up and drop off at the airport was organised by reception, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Our room was lovely with a nice patio overlooking the pretty garden and with views of moai in the distance. We had room no 1. Lovely walk along the coast to the town. The staff also put us in touch with tour companies

“Moai sunset from the deck”
Sitting on the deck and watching the sunset or sunrise over the Moai cannot be beaten. If you want the full view you only need to walk 100m. Amazing. Great value for money compared to many places we looked at on the island too. Rooms good size and well maintained. Next door restaurant Te Moai Sunset also good value and food. Went twice. Fish of the day will be tuna!!

“A gem in the heart of Rapa Nui”
Amazing location right in front of the sunset site. Super comfortable and clean rooms with rustic atmosphere and several roosters making sure you don’t oversleep 😂 but most of all the friendly front desk Irene (I hope that’s how it’s written) made sure everything was taken care of and helped us resolve several issues during our trip. Lovely friendly person!

Takaruea Lodge is amazing! The staff very friendly and welcoming. The position is speechless. You can watch the sunset every night right from the veranda. The rooms are very big and clean. You get the breakfast right on the veranda. Do not look further just book it!
