Great breakfast, lots of options, staff always around to offer support and suggestions. All restaurants with great food for any preferred kind of meal, even vegan and vegetarian. Room was incredible with a great view even not sea front, Shower with strong and hot water, a bathtub very well positioned in the room where you can relax after a full day of exploration. NO TV - that was awesome Native dance show presented by local people. It was really nice. Full property was nice, the spa I used once and was a good experience. It was cold, no chance to try the swimming pool even been very welcoming Staff very well trained, nice, helpful and available at all times Hotel photos reflect exactly what you will find there upon arrival.

Friendly. The tours that were operated from the hotel were excellent and we luckerly got Teva - our tour leader, for all 4 of our tours. This made the trip very special as he was very passionate about the Island and had lots of stories about the island. Well done

“Amazing hotel near the ocean”

Breakfast and dinner are amazing. The structure is located near the seaside providing a really good view of the ocean. Rooms are large and with style. The hotel also provides a wide variety of half day tour and other services like transfer from/to the airport and rent services for scooter/cars.

The room was very modern and comfortable. From bathtub we could look at sea. The food quality in the restaurant was very good, especially tuna grill was amazing. The massage in the spa was very good too. The location is walking distance to the main street with suvenior shops and just in front of the sea.

“Beautiful place to stay in a stunning location”

Lovely hotel and stunning location. Staff all really helpful and the restaurant was great for breakfast, poolside lunch and even a BBQ dinner one night. Only about a 15 minute walk into the town to the bars restaurants and shops but reception were happy to arrange taxis to go further afield. Very good spa and excursions too, the tours were great value and very convenient being organised but the hotel. A great stay!

Everything. Everything is done to make your experience on Easter Island an outstanding and unforgettable one. The location is perfect and enables you to reach the city and surroundings by walk. The view from the bedroom and overall from the hotel is the best possible, straight on the ocean, magical. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the transfers offered very convenient and activities proposed wonderful. Finally the breakfast is extremely tasty with a variety of options at your disposal. The hotel facilities are wonderful, from the pool to the gym, you can really enjoy and make full use of them.

The Nayara Hangroa is the perfect place to stay for a trip to Rapa Nui. The sea views were spectacular, rooms were beautifully designed, quiet and comfortable. The staff were incredible, very friendly and took care of any questions immediately. The breakfast restaurant Poerava was 10/10- tons of different types of food available, a mimosa station, gluten-free options, and soy/almond milk and yogurt for those who don't eat dairy. They also have a grab-and-go station with wrapped sandwiches, drinks, fruits and cereal bars that you can take on excursions which was very handy as some of the tours do not have stops to buy food. The pool area is spotless and a great way to spend some downtime before/after the day's activities. I had an amazing massage at the spa and enjoyed the private sauna (you can book 30 minutes per day for free), the ladies working there were very accommodating and happy to show me around and explain all of the services available. The gym is well-equipped with shower facilities. The welcome flower necklace and departure shell necklaces they gave us were a nice touch! I loved all of the friendly dogs on the property that would greet the guests and it was heartwarming to see the staff interact with them throughout the day as they went about their work. If you stay here (or anywhere on Rapa Nui), do not complain about the dogs, it's their home and you are the guest!!

So overpriced!!! We had a bluetooth speaker went missing from our room, it was never found but apparently an apology was enough - really??? Restaurant -entered at 9pm by 10.40pm our starter hadnt arrived. I went to the bar to cancel our entire order, only to be charged the entire amount at check out because someone had forged our signature!! No hairdryer in the room, had to go & ask for one. Would I stay at this hotel again!??? Maybe if it was £100 per night - - but £350 per night I feel completely robbed!! Well I was - I now have to replace my blue tooth speaker. This isnt a 5 star hotel - far from it!
