I had a wonderful stay at Inaki Uhi and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The location is ideal; right on the main street, yet surprisingly calm and quiet at night, which made it perfect for both exploring and resting. One of the highlights for me was breakfast on the terrace. Sitting there with a coffee, watching the town slowly come to life and the gentle bustle of the main street, was such a special way to start the day. Everything is conveniently within walking distance, making it incredibly easy to get around. The hotel also offers airport pick-up and drop-off for an additional fee, which adds an extra level of convenience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily return.

If you are not looking for luxurious hotel but for a nice place, clean, fair price and room with AC, this is it-it's close to everything it the town, with small garden where you can rest in the shade and the owner is friendly and kind. We got complimentary transport to the airport when we were leaving (it's not far but not comfortable with luggage in the noon when it's hot). Would stay again.

Monica and Alejandro were excellent hosts, loved our stay here. Totally relaxing and right in the centre of town.

Very good location. The entire hotel organization was very well thought out. There's plenty of greenery around, benches, and tables outside. The owners were very helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection and fresh fruit.

A great hotel in an excellent location. It is in the main street near several restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy and vehicle hire agencies. Within walking distance to some moais and the ocean. Delicious breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the clothing drying rack outside each room. I will stay here again. 10/10

“Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Attitude”

This hotel is absolutely overpriced for what it offers. For the amount they charge, one would expect a much higher standard of service and a better location. Neither is delivered. The most shocking aspect is the arrogance and rudeness of the staff. This is not just experienced in person, but is also clearly visible in the way management responds to negative reviews on this platform. Their replies are defensive, dismissive, and often disrespectful, giving a very clear picture of the people behind this place. Instead of addressing issues constructively, management seems more interested in justifying themselves and belittling guests’ feedback. Guests should feel respected — here, they absolutely do not. Don’t waste your money here.

I loved the location in the centre of town. The breakfast was very good. Ivonne provided me with a breakfast-to-go when I had to leave early one day for a hike. She and Alejandro are very kind hosts. The property is very clean.

“Nice central hotel”

I liked the central location at the main road where many bars and shops are located. Ivonne, who seemed to run the hotel, was very friendly as well as the other staff. The breakfast was good and for me absolutely sufficient. The airconditioning in my room worked well and in the common sitting area there was cold and hot filtered water available for everyone.

Very convenient, in the Main Street, the staff are kind, and the breakfast is good!
