“Wonderful vacation!”

Iorana! Everything was more than expected. The hotel is new, extremely clean and many amenities. Lovely garden with all local trees and flowers, even chicken and rooster :). Big pool with barbeque area for parties. Can't praise enough the personnel, Daniela, Valentina and all others. Even before arrival they gave very important information about local regulations like permits to visit national parks. Arranged tour with a local guide very well informed on island's history and perfect English. They could manage to arrange a last-minute reservation to a restaurant with performance. The hotel is not in city center, but they arranged a taxi every time we need, with helpful driver take us to and pick up us from city center.

Everything was excellent! We had an amazing time! The hotel team made us feel very welcome and were incredibly friendly. They catered to every need and were always a pleasure to talk to. The Ohana Hotel lived up to and exceeded every expectation. A wonderful place to stay!

Very comfortable hotel, Camila was a very nice host. Breakfast was simple but nice. The room was spacious.

“Noisy, far from town”

Breakfast was like an advanced Ibis, you could order your eggs but no special coffees like cappuccino. They offer one meal in the evening but I have allergies so we couldn’t eat it. The hotel is next to a diy warehouse and a car repair place with lots of welding, hammering. Also the neighbours had dogs that would bark a lot in the middle of the night. The terrace is nice but you won’t be able to use it during the day because of the noise next door. Staff was friendly.

The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The staff are attentive and helpful. The rooms each have a nice outlook into the gardens and a nice balcony on which you can sit and relax.

The room was large enough to be an apartment. It was the largest and best designed hotel room I have ever stayed in, and I have been to over 100 countries.

“It's unique & cute”

The staff were very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure everything we wanted to experience, worked. If we couldn't get a taxi, they drove us themselves. They truly bent over backwards for us. The rooms are nice and the chef is excellent with her unique flavors and excellent plating. They will organize tours and car/bike rentals too. They seem to truly enjoy their jobs and take pride in making sure you're happy.

I think it is the best hotel for reasonable price. Very clean, convenient, about 3 km from main street. All staff pay attention to every detail of the hotel, breakfast are good, also dinners

“The best hotel I've stayed in”

The staff were amazing. Pablo and Pablo were incredibly welcoming and gave me a private tour of Hanga Road on pickup, gave me all the information I needed and recommended restaurants, gave me a flower necklace on arrival and a necklace to keep upon leaving. I also had some private tours through the hotel and Gina was a great tour guide and provided loads of good historical information about the sights

Great staff - super friendly , efficient airport pick up and drop off. Perfect English spoken. Hired a vehicle directly from the hotel without going through a rental company.

Amazing hotel, feeling like home! Super comfy, super clean. Great services, the breakfast was delicious, the chef was an excellent guy, just like Pablo and the second guy in the reception, that I cannot recall his name. The experience was amazing and it was the biggest factor of having a great time in rapa nui.
