The accommodation is older, which is especially noticeable in the bathrooms. The rooms by the pool are newly renovated and much better than the ones in the corridor. The pool is nice, the city center is about a 20-minute walk away, and even though the hotel is practically right next to the airport, you can’t hear the airplanes at all.

The hotel location near the airport and 15 min walk info town is great. The rooms are clean and most of the staff were lovely and really helpful. Especially Karen, the young man and the lady who does the Bar.

“Not good value for money”

-They boiled eggs specially for our baby girl in the breakfast. A guy even prepared them beforehand from the second day onwards. - Reception and farewell necklaces. - The support I got from the receptionist to be able to return the rental car outside business hours (Christmas holiday). - It is convenient to book the tours and rental cars at the reception. - Both guides (Cris and David) were knowledgable and nice, and spoke good English. Cris even borrowed us his umbrella to offer extra sun protection for our baby.

Was greeted with a flower lei at the airport. The staff were extremely helpful for booking tours and taxis. The swimming pool was a nice bonus.

Basic hotel, clean comfy beds, staff friendly. Not far from the town. Breakfast basic also. Pool very small.

“Nice hotel, but use a different tour company”

The area was very peaceful, and the gardens pretty. It's quite a walk from the sunset Moai - about 40 mins, but nowhere in town is too far away. The staff were helpful, and tried their best with my limited Spanish and their limited English! I was given a free upgrade to a huge room, with a comfy bed and good, hot shower. It was a little cold at night, but they happily have me an extra blanket. They booked me in to see the cultural show, which was fab and I got a front row seat as they're obviously affiliated with it.
