11 out of 10 for such friendly staff. Cute deco and chilled Rapa Nui Polynesian vibe throughout the hotel. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and give gifts to us during the stay and had a welcome drink and snack prepared for us on arrival. Breakfasts were great and v cool with Moai shaped butter and our names written down at our own seat for each morning at breakfast. The hotel has a lovely peaceful and tropical, polynesian vibe and was like a small rainforest with beautiful plants in and around the outside courtyard. Hot tub was nice and there was a well stocked honesty bar in the main reception area. Location was great - only 13 mins walk from the airport and only 10 mins walk from the beach and local restaurants and little shops were all close by.

Really friendly staff with lots of personal touches. Particularly loved how you got given beach towels in a carry bag when visiting the beach. Breakfast was superb. Star of the show must be Chimuelo the cat, as it kept our kids occupied the whole time at the hotel.

Excellent, friendly staff who spoke great English. They were helpful with recommendations and tips. Beautiful building with a lovely courtyard garden. Breakfast was brilliant and slightly different every day, which was a nice touch. Lovely areas for reading and relaxing and a nice, spacious foyer for waiting for tours in the morning. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean and offered good storage. Airport collection service was good (separate charge). Great location.

The place was beautifully kept — everything was clean and well cared for. We loved the peaceful gardens and the lovely swimming pool area, perfect for relaxing after exploring.

It was a beautiful hotel with lots of plants and lovely decorations. The location is unbeatable. It is in the town centre, close to a lot of restaurants and grocers and only a short walk to the coast. We stayed for 4 nights and there were some variations of food at the breakfasts. The staff were superb. Maria and Vania and the hotel team were friendly and helpful. They spoke good English so the communication was smooth.
