“Clean tidy comfortable cosy homely restful”
Nok and Alistair are the owners here. They are very kind and helpful. They booked me an elephant tour at the drop of a hat. They offer fresh coconuts and beers or water and soda. They recommended plenty of restaurants around and the grounds are stunning! It’s 30 mins taxi from the city Chiang mai. Everything is clean and tidy and air conditioning was lovely. Thank you for letting me stay in your place and hopefully one day I will return 🙏🏻

Beautiful garden, lovely animals. The ducks were especially fun. Nok and Alasdair, the owners, deserve praise for creating and managing such a wonderful place. There were some unexpectedly pleasant touches, e.g., the little booklet with local or room-relevant information (like adverts for a Thai cooking class, a visit to an elephant sanctuary, the wi-fi password, etc.), or the unlocked cooler with refreshments in the first building on the left, operating on the honour system ("help yourself but don't forget to pay at checkout").

“고향같은 곳”
We stayed here two years ago, and out of the six places we visited in Chiang Mai, this one was our favorite. That’s why we decided to come back again this year. The garden is beautiful, and the hosts are very kind and welcoming. There are sheep, ducks, chickens, cats, and dogs, which our kids absolutely loved. It’s a perfect place to rest and slow down. There’s a café with cats right across the street, and the nearby local restaurants are delicious. The swimming pool is great too. The garden is so lovely that you feel like staying at the property all day.

“Peace and warmth”
Loved the entire ambiance. It's so far away from the city chaos and noisy main roads. I could listen to my own thoughts without any disturbance. The place is so thoughtfully curated with every inch holding a beautiful handmade design. Nok and Alistair are very friendly and warm, and I love their honor system for everything - from their beverage diary to vehicles. I also liked the water system in the sink that gives you hot water in an instant! And all the ceramic containers in the kitchen. There are two small shops in walking distance that sell everything from groceries to fresh vegetables - super easy and convenient! You can truly feel free here, and I strongly urge those visiting Chiang Mai to stay here and enjoy the rural surroundings and warmth of local people ❤️

The best! Such a beautiful place to stay. It is away from the main city centre so please be aware of that. Not a lot of cafes and bars around - mainly ordered grab for dinner. The owners are really nice and caring. I recommend and I shall be back.
