“The facilities are basic, but functional. It's got a nice quiet rustic vibe. Good Breakfast.”
The location was ideal for me, close to where I needed to be. A nice safe area with quiet roads to walk around. Breakfast was superb and very generous. The staff (and their pets) were very welcoming.

“We have amazing time there. If not because of many places to visit. We would chill all day there.”
Helpful staffs, clean, beautiful place. We wish we stayed longer. This place have bicycles you can borrow. There is washing machine so we could do laundry. Staffs are so nice they suggested us where to visit and respond fast. Next trip to Chiangmai we will book this place again because we were very happy. Great value.

“A home from home.”
The entire place had such a warm feeling. It's set up nicely in the style of the region. Located among lots of green foliage, it gets really quiet and silent at night. The bedroom was big with an adjacent room to store your clothing and a corner for coffee making. Then the bathroom was large and very clean. The first morning, we had breakfast there, so good, and so cheap. We had two sets with 2 omelettes, bread, yoghurt fruits, croissants, sausages bacon, local sweets, and more. The price was only 150,- a set, let nobody ever complain that is too expensive. It's very close to the Night Safari, only a 5 minutes ride. 15 minutes from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown. We went one day on a zipline adventure trip with King Kong Smile, which is a thrill of a lifetime. 130 meters in the air with a few lines going over 1000 meters, the longest being 1200+ meters. We just left, but we are missing the place already. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much.

very lovely and calm place with an amazing & welcoming host. while the location may look rather secluded, was easy to get Grab, and there were lots of food options around -- if you need a recommendation, be sure to ask the owner! he knows the best places to eat at. the little coffee shop just outside serves yummy coffee, and be sure to order breakfast from them! lovely space with comfortable rooms, and would definitely be back either for coffee or for a short stay.

“Best hotel breakfast in Thailand”
Everything the room and bed are perfect, the family who run the hotel were helpful and attentive, I felt looked after and cared for. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I have had during my six week stay in Thailand, it even included good fresh coffee. Also we were allowed to use their washing machine to do our washing free of charge.
