Beautiful 800 year old property with so much charm including our own walled garden to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Martine has decorated it beautifully and the home made breakfast was delicious.

“Really regret!”
We have booked the property the night prior the check in day. Soon realise the property don’t have a kitchen and request the landlord to refund, I explained to the landlord I have to cook for the children. They said they can provide breakfast and dinner with a charge on They ignored my request, I have phoned booking.com, they said the owner ignored their emails and phone call. The owner only speaks French, so there is a language barrier. We have suggested how about we stay for one night and get the refund for two nights but they said not a chance because of peak season. I have placed the reservation lesson than 12 hours prior the check in so I don’t think it’s related to peak season or not. So we think we have no choice but stay with them, however when we arrived we found out it is not really a private stay and we were in the middle of nowhere. Basically, if there is any problem with this property, booking.com won’t be able to help at all, as the landlord refuse to communicate.

“Not the relaxing Spa weekend I had hoped for but the accommodation was very nice.”
The room was lovely and the location was great. The large quadruple room had its own large private garden at the back of the house. Despite there being no restaurant (which I expected ) the host prepared me some food on arrival which was very nice. The host was helpful despite there being a language barrier
