“Great buffet dinner, great mountain view and good onsen”
buffet meals with great variety and good quality. Onsen is good and room is spacious with great mountain view especially in winter. Stayed here twice and enjoyed the stay each time.

Big hotel! There are 3 hotels connecting to each other. You can use onsen at all 3 hotels which is very nice. Nice room and good value for money.

“Onsen are lovely.”
It is a lovely location in the mountains. A shuttle bus operates only at fixed times: 15.00, 16.00, and 17.00 to pick you up (don't come early like we did) The onsen are extremely nice. You can choose which one from the 3 hotels you want to use. The fitness room is nice and clean. There is enough choice for breakfast, and you can choose a lot for dinner. You can walk to the waterfall. This place is fine for 2 days. You can go into the mountains, but there are wild bears. There is a small temple. The view from the room is very nice. We had a lovely time. When you go for dinner, hanging your Japanese outfit in your room(almost everyone does it) is advisable so your clothes don't smell after food. During breakfast, don't wear your Japanese outfit :). The beds are good. The room is spacious, and all comfort is available

Nice buffet dinner and breakfast. I addition to own Onsen facilities, guests may also use the Onsen facilities at sister's hotels. Room with excellent views and great size.

“Great meals & great location”
Great breakfast & dinner buffet. Great location close to sightseeing points just opposite to Rose Garden. Easily accessible by bus from JR station.

“The hotel is value for money.”
The breakfast is much better with lot of varieties when compare to the dinner for both are buffet. Appreciated for free shuttle service provided. The onsen is good.
