“Even with the toilet issue I would stay again.”
The room was clean and staff great but I had a stopped up toilet that took 7hrs for someone to come fix

The breakfast was wonderful!! We met a very nice young man named Hakeem. His customer service skills were fantastic!! He went around to everyone to make sure that they were well taken care of. He was the most respectful, gracious and polite young man I have ever met. I would also like to give kudos to Rose, who was the first person I met when I checked in. She was so friendly and welcoming. She made sure that I knew everything about the times for breakfast, the restaurant and the pool. I'm glad I got the chance to see both of them on the morning I checked out.
