“Great value for money, short walk from old Médina, beach, and restaurants - Noisy location”
Lovely apartment and great value for money. Has all the amenities you need. 15 minute walk from the old Médina, and a hotel 2 minute walk away for any tours that want a hotel pickup address (I would recommend using the hotel for your pickup address, as the first tour I did I tried getting picked up from apartment and the driver couldn’t find me). Nice warm shower and huge rooftop seating area which I imagine would be lovely in warmer months.

“Too much good”
very good and nice treatment by staff well cleaned, the kitchen is well equipped, it is in central and close to everything, it is a quiet area and very safe. the person who received us was very friendly and nice ……..👌👍🌹

“disappointing”
REVIEWS: - broken lock of the window by the door. Anyone can open that window from the outside and enter the room. - complete and repeated night central heating and hot water cutoffs in wintertime with the night outdoor temperature of ca. +10°C - internet outages - property located between two petrol stations, either ca. 50 m away up and down the street - intense street traffic, exhaust fumes - few kitchen utensils. Rundown or broken completely. - the toilet smells, its cracked seat breaks the skin - prolonged noisy construction works in the building - cockroaches - leaking fridge - the nature and some friendly people out in town are the good points 3 photos attached

“Sunshine on the big terrace, easy to get to the beach, everything on the reach of hand.”
Location in the middle of the city, easy to go everywhere lots of shops and restaurants, big terrace with sunshine all day, nice view.

A really nice host, responsive, provided us with a comfortable pick up van. Just feedback from us to inform the cleaner lady to be more detailed on the cleaning job. The bathroom has black mold that needs a good scrub, and the duvet smells damp, needs proper dry out before putting on the bed. Overall it's value for the money and was a decent stay.
