Awesome team i spent one of the best night

The staff was nice and polite, the rooms were great and the pools and slides were really fun. I loved it here and would recommend it for others.

As always, Africana Magic Life continues to impress me as a regular guest. From the moment you arrive, the staff give you a very warm welcome that makes you feel comfortable and valued right away, especially Aziz and Anis at reception, who are always kind and professional. Everything feels perfect, from the delicious food with plenty of variety to the fun activities that keep you entertained throughout the day. The team is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making every stay truly enjoyable.

Restaurant and bar staff very warm, helpful, keen to please. Hotel right beside the beach- golden sand. Beach bar good, lots of sun loungers. One heated pool re-opened during our stay. Indoor spa pool evidently good. We were there during Ramadan and off season so not all facilities were open. Yasmine area felt safe and lovely walk along the beach. The Yasmine Medina is great and an easy 15 min walk. Hotel spotlessly clean, all inclusive drinks are all good. Entertainment team work really hard to get guests involved - special shout out to Lorenzo and his team.

This hotel and holiday was so beautiful, everything about it was great, the holiday really was magic. The beach was clean and so close to the hotel. The food was fantastic, the service from every staff member from the moment you arrive till you leave was impeccable, so friendly, happy and professional. The grounds and gardens were beautifully maintained. The rooms were spotless. The entertainment program was a highlight, as my first time at this type of holiday I was unsure what to expect but it was great, options for the day and evening. The gym classes and instructors were really good, probably harder than the ones I go to at home! Every single person/group I spoke to/made friends with said they would come again!

“Lovely honeymoon stay”

I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, and it was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The food options were great, with a wide variety to choose from. There were also plenty of activities. I joined a mobility and stretching class and a step class, and the coaches were amazing. One thing I really loved about this hotel is that you have the freedom to wear whatever you want around the pool, which made the atmosphere very comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I truly recommend this hotel.

The reception team were very helpful and friendly, the food and snack bar was amazing, and our room was spotless. everything was just perfect! Noura at the reception, and Ashraf and Khaled in the restaurant were amazing. The bars were so good specially the one by the main swimming pool.

The staff is great, always smiling, and there are plenty of them, so you never have to wait for service. There are lots of activities here, all day long and for every taste. Food - I'm a vegetarian. I wouldn't say that the selection for vegetarians is amazing, but there's plenty to eat. You definitely won't go hungry. Plus, the vegetables are very tasty. Overall, the dishes are of very good quality and very tasty. Desserts too. Room - Overall, everything is fine and clean. Only our shower was quite old. Pools - there are many and they are good. The hotel grounds are large, it is nice to just walk around. Beach is nice.

“Great stay”

Our stay at TUI Magic Life Africana was a masterclass in hospitality. Hedi Marnissi met us daily with a smile and quick solutions. Mr Chafiq’s presence at the main restaurant ensured everything ran smoothly. The pools are immaculate, and the aquapark slides are amazing also while we enjoyed yoga on the lawn. Food quality and variety exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive. Everything was perfect.

“Amazing stay”

From the moment we arrived, Mr Hedi Marnissi, the Guest Service Manager, treated us like VIPs—personally arranging our check-in, restaurant bookings, and even more surprises. Every staff member reflected his warmth, but Hedi’s attention to detail truly elevated our stay. Mr Chafiq, the overall manager, also checked in on us during dinner, which showed great leadership. A special thanks to kamel from the magico restaurant our waiter was such a dedicated and lind person . Delicious buffets, lively beach activities , and endless daily activities (tennis, archery, water aerobics) meant we never had a dull moment. Highly recommend TUI Magic Life Africana for anyone craving seamless service and fun-filled days.

“Excellent Early April stay”

Location, right on the beach. Security for the kids just let them roam. Food was excellent and good choice. The staff were very attentive. The hotel cats kept the kids busy. April weather was spot on, high teens and low twenties. The pools were protected by the hotel from the coastal wind. Family room with 2 bedrooms was excellent.
