“A Stay That Exceeded Expectations”

The hotel is truly charming, with beautifully decorated rooms and a wide variety of food options. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, making the stay even more comfortable. What really made the experience outstanding, however, was the staff. Special thanks to Mr. Baligh at reception for his professionalism and warm welcome, as well as to the housekeeping team, the animation team especially Oumaima and the talented chef who prepared exceptional dishes. The bar staff also stood out for their professionalism and friendliness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return soon. Many thanks to everyone at Steigenberger for such a memorable experience.

My room was amazing, and very clean

We had an amazing stay, it really exceeded our expectations. We had a bungalow by the pool with a balcony and it was so spacious and had a huge bed. The bathroom had shampoo, body wash and moisturiser (no conditioner though) and there were bathrobes and slippers. The cleaners were great and left flowers on the bed each day 🥰 All the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. We ate at the BBQ restaurant most days for lunch and there was always a great selection and lovely to see the food being BBQed in front of you whilst looking at the sea. Moez did a great job. The main restaurant was great, again really good options each day. The waiters at the pool bar were brilliant, ensuring you had a drink at all times. The lifeguards immediately got you a pad for your sun lounger when you choose a bed. There are two lovely swimming pools and while the beach is not private there are son loungers dedicated to guests and they have security guards who keep sellers away from the area so you can opt to buy if you wish but are not harassed. The spa was lovely and we had great treatments. Eman provided a fabulous lymphatic drainage facial. There are tennis courts, table tennis and pool table. The Animation team were amazing, we enjoyed the dance show and circus where there were incredible gymnasts. We did yoga on the beach with Lala which was brilliant. We would definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Marhaba Hotel and would gladly recommend it to others. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is the staff. The service level is truly excellent across all departments. At the bar, Bar Chief Mourad stands out for his exceptional professionalism and dedication. It’s clear that he not only delivers top-quality service himself but also takes pride in training the next generation of staff to the same high standard. A special mention also goes to Ousmet, a highly skilled and friendly waiter who always remembers what you ordered last time – a small detail that makes a big difference in creating a personalized experience. The true gem of the hotel is its animation team. They are hardworking, energetic, and genuinely friendly. Boss Majdi deserves special praise for keeping guests in a great mood at all times and doing everything possible to meet everyone’s wishes. He is highly professional and speaks multiple languages fluently, which makes communication effortless and enjoyable. We also had a lot of fun participating in activities with Adam, who brought great energy and laugh. A big thank you to the entire Steigenberger team – including housekeeping, gardeners, and security staff – for making our stay so enjoyable. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

The entertainment team was very energetic and had lots of fun activities throughout the day for all ages. Staff was pleasant and keen too. The restaurant staff was very polite and friendly too!!!

Lots of beautiful pools, all open and clean. Bedroom was clean. Spacious and light. Restaurants had good selection of food. The restaurant staff were attentive. Clean beach with receptive staff.

Really nice hotel, staff and the beach.

We stayed in 3 different resorts in our trip to Tunis . This resort had the kindest and most attentive dining room staff out of the all 3 .
