-Staff & Reception: A special thanks to Helmi and Fawzi at the reception — they were incredibly attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Their professionalism really stood out. -Spa & Massage: The spa experience was excellent overall. The massage was truly relaxing and professionally done. -Hotel Layout & Location: The hotel is spacious and beautiful, with a charming design. If you have a car, the location is convenient. It's close to nightlife spots, but not very near the Medina or other daytime attractions. -Restaurant: The restaurant staff were polite and efficient. The buffet was delicious and offered a good variety of food — we really appreciated the effort put into the meals.
