“Excellent holiday. Location, food, staff everything very good”

Good medium sized hotel so all guests were getting all the attention. All staff ensured me and my family ( wife and 2 kids) were looked after. Kids were safe. Beautiful location with private beach.

This hotel was fantastic, with a beautiful swimming pool and a clean beach . The service was excellent; they not only upgraded our room but also gave us complimentary flower cakes as a gift when we left. My family was very satisfied and experienced the friendliness of Tunis.

Stunning beach, tucked in a quiet corner of Hammamet, beautiful outdoor pool and gardens, delicious food, ranging from freshly grilled fish to chef’s omelettes, indoor pool with really warm water, a well-equipped gym with free weights, treadmills, elliptical machines, pull-up bar and the lot, and above all, the loveliest staff you can ask for. To top it all, the rooms and shared facilities are immaculately clean, they bring you extra bottles of water in the evening and create an incredibly relaxed environment. Just perfect… and incredible value deal.

Wonderful stay. Staff was extremely helpful especially Awatef looked after us like her own guests. We felt like home. Breakfast had wide range of healthy options, local dishes. Dinner was so delicious with a lot of local and international dishes. This is by far the best hotel we stayed so far. Ps. (Thanks for giving us a room with sea views although we haven't booked)

We chose this location as our wedding destination and we were not disappointed. Beautiful memories were created thanks to the incredible members of staff that were extremely helpful and very professional. I stayed in many hotels in Tunisia, but this one is a real gem. It is right by a spotless white sandy beach and walking distance to shops. The pool is stunning with lots of spaces to chill and relax. The spa is worth a visit - a real treat that added to the enjoyment of our stay. The rooms are spacious and modern. Lastly, the food was of outstanding quality. Different menus everyday (twice a day) with so much variety that we didn't need to go elsewhere. The hotel offers a reliable shuttle bus service from/to the airport at a fee which suited us. Everything was perfect and this is why I would highly recommend Royal Tulip Taj Sultan!

The most professional and helpful front desk staff ever, especially the hotel manager and the guys at the reception. Rooms were beautiful and new, the pool lovely and the location right on the beach superb. There's also a very well equipped gym that I enjoyed. We felt like special guests throughout the stay. Thanks for looking after me and my family with such care, and for all the little extras!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing break. The beachfront location is perfect, with plenty of space to enjoy both the pool and the sea. What made my experience even better was the staff. At reception, Skander was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed. He really made check-in and my whole stay smooth and stress-free. A special mention also to Timo from the animation team – he brought such great energy, made me feel included, and kept the atmosphere fun and lively throughout the day. Overall, this hotel went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hammamet and I’d love to return in the future!
