“I will come back again”

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going , fit for both families in or even couples. The entertainment team where absolutely amazing they was very welcoming and everyday we had activities to do. Shout out to chico and Mimi and ilyan and Willy all four of these team members really made my stay enjoyable . Reception was also super helpful with check in and check out.

Wonderful stay at Diar El Medina! We had a very pleasant stay at Diar El Medina. The charm of the hotel’s Medina is beautiful, with plenty of activities to enjoy. The hotel spa was amazing. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the hammam was excellent, and the massage was one of the best I have ever had. A special thank you to Mrs. Sawssen, Reservation Manager, and Mr. Radwan from the reception for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Many thanks as well for organizing the surprise birthday for my little sister. The cake offered by the hotel was delicious, and the animation team was very kind and professional. An unforgettable experience — highly recommended!

“Disappointing stay – poor breakfast, service, and facilities could be improved”

The only positive thing about this property is its location — it’s close to the Medina bazaar, Carthage Land (the hotel provides the tickets) and the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient.

We got upgraded 2 bedroom unit.. The staff were helpful specially Mofeda. A lot of surroundings like shops cafes arcades carthage land and aqua land.

Amazing stay, tradional hotel, didn't feel like a hotel to be honest felt like a home, our apartment had 1 bedroom , 2 bathrooms, living area and kitchen all in a tradional tunisian style!! The facilities included 3 swimming pools , free tickets to water park and cartage land and breakfast and dinner both included and of a good quality, especially the outdoor restaurant was amazing (included as an option for buffet dinner as part of our booking), would highly recommend for around 120£ a night it's an absolute bargain!!!

“A lovely resort integregated with a vibrant medina”

It was a great stay with everything within the Medina complex. We had a great time as a family as there was plenty to do to keep busy. The staff from all departments including reception team, cleaning team and catering team were remarkably approachable and always did their work with a smile and deserve a special mention. We enjoyed the pools, theme park and water park a lot. The museums were interesting to explore. The beach was clean and beautiful. Thank you for the upgrade to a royal suite which was stunning and spacious.

Room, apartment, view, pool in olive trees. Good cleaning Lady. Tickets for Aqualandia & Chartage Land. We got better unit with two bathrooms. Medina with the hotel.
