Everything we needed for a short winter break in the sun. Heating to help in the night when the temp drops - everything we needed for breakfast - and very helpful hosts to advise and give direction. It was a short but very satisfying visit

“A comfortable and authentic classy home-stay experience”
if you look for an elevated homestay styled accommodation, this is a great option. 3-story house with few guestrooms and a nice rooftop terrace to enjoy the breeze and some sea-view. Very well maintained property. It provides a great flavor of staying inside this fortified medina in Hammamet.

the location in the Medina. the shared lounge kitchen and dining space. the owners were helpful and chatty. we had to cut short our stay and there were no hassles about this which was much appreciated

“Authentic stay in the old medina Hammamet in a beautiful house.”
It’s a beautiful property designed lovingly and a wonderful space to come back to at the end of the day. Our room (ground floor) was big with a small en-suite wet room with toilet and opposite the kitchen and living room. We loved it there and the roof terrace is a great place to get some air and relax. Good facilities to cook and wash clothes.

“Dar in the medina with lots of charm”
The Dar Azur is a delightful little hideaway within the old medina of Hammamet. Beautifully decorated by the host, who was attentive and very helpful, the dar had a fresh charm about it. My room was en suite, quiet, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the terrace at the top was my go-to every morning for sunrise. Location was perfect.

The guest house is beautiful and nicely decorated. The kitchen is shared so we got to meet the other guests staying there. I liked sitting at the roof top to enjoy the sun I only wished there was some space uncovered for sunbathing. We had a good stay and the host was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

“Beautiful typical Tunisian house with oodles of charm”
Such a great stay. Beautiful, dreamy, and typical Tunisian house in the heart of the Medina. Great hostess. Amazing rooftop terrace. A short walk from the beach. I highly recommend it.
