Located beside the pedestrian zone and just 300 metres from Hamm Train Station, the Mercure Hamm offers air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi and an international restaurant. “A short stay in Hamm”
I had a great stay at the Mercure Hotel in Hamm. The room was spacious and airy, and they provided big, comfortable beds for my children, which made a big difference. The underground parking was very convenient, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I would definitely stay here again.

“Good spacious and value for money”
Wifi was pathetic and useless. Also bathroom drain was not great. Water logging in the bathtub

The location of the hotel and the fact that kids can eat breakfast for free if parents paid for there breakfast. The 24 hours check in service and also the 1200 check out. The amazingly friendly staff we encountered all round. Thank you

“Comfortable and in a great location”
Great location really close to the station. The staff were friendly and professional and made checking in easy. The room felt very secure and it was spacious with a comfortable bed and full pillows. Thankfully these were not feather pillows which I find too soft and go flat really quickly. Breakfast was nice, with a good selection of food and drinks to choose from.

“Non-problematic, seems like they always do their homework before you come and get ready so you don’t have to argue with”
Coming to the hotel I let them know that we are a family and asked for rooms close to each other. While other hotels on the road trip merely put us on the same floor, Mercure had already to adjacent rooms with an internal door ready for us. One room was very big, kids had a lot of fun there.

I recently stayed at Mercury Hotel in Hamm, and everything exceeded my expectations. From the warm hospitality to the comfortable rooms and perfect location — everything was simply flawless. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. It felt like a hidden gem in the heart of the city!

“Superb stay, once again in Hamm.”
The hotel is really great location wise and the facilities superb. Johney on reception gave such a warm welcome (in English) to start off a truley delightful stay.
