“Stunning views and quiet.”
The ample space in the apartment, the lounge suite was huge and very comfortable. The bedroom too was very large and the bed lovely and comfortable. The bathroom again was big and had a lovely shower, also had a bath, however it was too hot on my visit. The kitchenette was good, a tea/coffee setup, which housed cutlery and dinnerware. A separate table for other storing your stuff and for making sandwiches or whatever, plus a microwave and fridge. Stunning views of the golf course, nice and quiet and very interesting watching people playing golf. Rubbish bins in every room, and tissues provided. Close to Te Awa, and most things in Hamilton. Two groups of shops not far away, one walking distance. Both had a cafe.

“Perfect for business travellers who want a quiet trouble-free stay.”
This apartment is excellent for an independent business traveller on their own who just needs a good night's rest without hassles. Good wifi and off-road parking. It has everything one needs and is spacious and clean. It's on a quiet road overlooking a golf course and is very comfortable. There's a quiet time from 10pm onwards, as the main house is next door on the lower level. If you're not rowdy this is fine. Everything is ready for you when you arrive, the key is waiting for you and you replace it on the way out.
