“Noisy.”
The rooms are badly soundproofed. There was a lot of noise from doors closing, and a lot of road noise all night. You have to check in at a different hotel a few minutes drive away which is inconvenient. Lots of people say this in their reviews, perhaps you should mention it in the listing or have coded locks or key boxes on site?

“Great little apartment”
Friendly efficient reception staff. Clean, modern apartment, had everything we needed. Close-ish to town, 10 mins on a lime scooter. Comfy bed.

I always stay at the Norton in Hamilton, it's modern and clean. Having a kitchen is great and daily housekeeping is a bonus. Very good value for money.

We had a lovely stay here. Our room was warm and inviting, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after a long day. The hotel is in an easy-to-find location, which makes everything stress-free. Whenever I come to Hamilton, this is always where I choose to stay.

Great location - easy walk to FMG Stadium, and Speights Alehouse for a meal before the rugby. Comfy bed, nice and clean. Double glazing kept out traffic noise from busy main road. Easy onsite parking.
