What lovely well set up accomodation. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen setup and breakfast was just perfect. Sally and Brett were wonderful hosts and I loved my daily pats with Molly the dog

I received a warm welcome from the hosts Brett and Sally. The separate studio cottage was comfortable,clean and well equipped with ample supplies for a nice DIY breakfast. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, it was private and very peaceful. The location is convenient for a range of tourist attractions which are within driving distance. It is a little way outside Hamilton, but an excellent restaurant a few minutes drive away became a regular dinner destination.

This property is something different to your usual. You start with an arrival through the gates and up the white tree lined drive. The actual accommodation is behind the main house. It is an open bedroom, kitchen and sitting room. You can stroll around the gardens and sounding area. It is quiet and peaceful. The friendly couple Sally and Brett that own the accommodation live in the main house. The town is ten minutes away and because you are not directly in the town it is easy to move on to your next accommodation without getting stuck in traffic.

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Room had good space and was finished nicely. Lovely location, nice and quite away from the city. Kitchen was well stocked with more than enough food for breakfast.

Very warm welcome from the owner whom was tending to the wonderful gardens. A well Presented set up which we were made to feel at home. We enjoyed a short time at the property before heading out and again the next morning we were up and out by 10am as the Is was checkout time.

The location was great. Good breakfast items plus some extras.

A spacious room with all facilities set in a lovely large garden. Hosts Brett and Sally were attentive and informative without fuss. Molly (the dog) was a great asset.

This is a large property and therefore very quiet. We were given the room in the front, and woke up in the morning seeing cattle (cows) grazing the field about 20 yards away! Pretty amazing. Bedding excellent (premium), and breakfast is help yourself in the kitchen. Furnishings are very nice. Best of all, car is parked right outside the entrance and there are no stairs hence minimal lifting of luggage. Host gave us recommendation for dinner at restaurant nearby and it was quite nice (otherwise difficult to find).

Rural and absolutely gorgeous property! Very kind and gracious hosts (owners). Apartment was well furnished, with full kitchen and two bedrooms. Bed was very comfortable.

Easy to find, safe - down a lovely driveway. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Beautiful self-contained unit - with everything you needed. Was close to where we wanted to go (Field Days and University). Continental breakfast provided was ample, with a great selection. Lots of space and fresh air - highly recommended.
