“Comfortable stay! Home outside of my home”
Fantastic location - Right next to a park where you can walk/run in the day. Quiet area but still extremely accessible to most areas in Hamilton. The place was extremely and thoroughly cleaned before we arrived - amenities were ample (kitchen/bathroom/living) - felt like my 2nd home the instant I lived in. Extremely good value for money too!

Central.location for amenities , vey clean and well furnished. After a fair trip great to get there and find not only usual things milk etc , but a proper coffee machine and coffee pods . Nice touch

“Spacious, clean property in a central location”
The size of the property was impeccable. All rooms, including the downstairs area, three bedrooms and both bathrooms were clean and well-kept. In particular, the bathrooms were extremely clean. The garage downstairs with easy access was convenient, and the property is well-located across the road from a lake. The WiFi connection was excellent.

Spacious modern and clean. Excellent location when attending appointment at Waikato hospital. Tracy was so helpful and great to deal with. Would definitely stay here again. Everything in the apartment was there for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
