Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to shopping facilities and central to activities. Hamilton gardens are also nice to visit. Staff were amazing and friendly. I wish them both well for their future endeavours.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at Cabourne Cottage. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and we received such a warm and enthusiastic welcome from the hosts. The house is exceptionally well-equipped with everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. A highlight for us was the stunning yard—it’s clear the host is a very talented and experienced gardener. We truly admired the beautiful plants and the peaceful atmosphere. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hamilton!

The owner is very kind and friendly. There are lots of birds in the garden, which made me feel at home. The facility was clean and comfortable.

There was plenty of room, both inside and outside. Everything was clean and well-presented. It was nice and quiet, but only a short drive from the middle of town or the botanic gardens.

Beautiful cottage and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and the washing machine was a bonus after our weeks travelling around NZ. It was in a peaceful out of town location but close enough to drive easily into the city. The gardens are gorgeous and we would have enjoyed them more if the weather had been kinder! Very welcoming hosts.

The cottage is very spacious and has a lovely garden. It has been very quiet. The hosts gave many good advices and we received fresh fruit from their garden.

Property was clean and tidy, gardens were amazing. Light and airy with great views and good accessibility with parking directly outside. Kitchen was fully equipped with milk supplied on arrival. Secure wifi and SKY TV was a bonus. New World supermarket 5mins away in the car along with a fuel station.

Possibly the nicest place we stayed at in our travels around NZ. Absolutely loved it! 3 bedrooms and we used 2, and had everything we needed. Very quiet location and the gorgeous owners lived next door. Beautiful, beautiful gardens made it a pleasure to stay here.
