Nothing stands out but nice to have Sky TV. Basic motel room . Closeness to the hospital, the reason why we needed the motel.

I'm giving four stars to Aspen Manor, not because I think it is a "four star" operation. The four stars is for being really great at what they are: an economy motel, often running great online nightly rate specials, operated by pleasant and helpful proprietors. If what you need is functional, easy access, economy accom, Aspen Manor has it. I have stayed twice before and will again. A old friend who was a travelling publishers rep, regularly used Aspen Manor. If you want Silver Service accomodation, then don't be cheap and unreasonable by booking into an economy establishment and then disrespecting the business with troll reviews because you didn't get the fancy frills, services and facilities that you weren't charged for and clearly did not want to pay for ! So FOUR STARS to ASPEN MANOR for being the best economy accom provider in our experience and one that we will definitely patronise again.

Toilet didn't flush as criston didn't fill with water.disgusting . No remote for tv! eventually turned it on but was so loud and couldn't turn it down, was so loud you couldn't watch it. Only 1 very flat pillow each. Towels should of been rags. No soap or shampoo in shower Could of pissed harder than shower. Big dirty smudge on tv

It had everything we needed for our stay, and the room was clean and safe.

Bed past use by date. Coffee stains on doors that that we cleaned off. Pillow cases didn’t fit pillows. Window sill of entrance door never been cleaned for years. Missing linen after daily clean. No extra bed linen. No attention to detail. Would appreciate a hand rail by high step to shower.

Well located, short walk to Ham East shops & bars. Very quiet motel, no road or neighbour noise. We had a unit with two queen beds in separate areas which was a great layout. Good parking. Comfy beds. Very clean.

Well the bed had wheels and moved when I sat down. There were no brakes on the wheels. The shower had a springing leak hitting the ceiling which came down on the floor. There was no air conditioning except for a floor fan. I couldn't get utube or any documentaries on TV. I have had cheaper motels and they were far superior in everything. Sorry for $160 very poor.

The lady was nice and accommodating. Great shower ,toilet was bit iffy and we dint use the spa. An extra seat be good cos there was 3 of us. Had everything we needed and more. Great location ,gardens, town,fast food .dairy across the road.just good.
