The apartment was beautiful, modern and clean. The location was right in the heart of the city. Stores, shops, and restaurants were mere steps away. The rest of the city was easily accessible by local transportation. Check in was super fast and easy using the guide they sent me. This place was great. I could tour around the city and come back to a place that felt like home.

They charged a $200 dollar deposit and after almost two weeks, it has not been refunded. It was very difficult to contact their customer service to get in the room. Awful experience.

it started off badly because there was no one to let us in. after a 7 hr drive from montreal, we had to wait another hour to try to get into the facility.
