What a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Everyone was so friendly and the service was first class. It felt homely and comfortable and so intimate. Bermuda is paradise and the hotel added to our wonderful holiday experience.

“Feels like staying with family in perfect location”

This hotel is a little oasis in Hamilton. The gardens are gorgeous, we enjoyed sitting sitting there with a coffee and listening to the birds. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable; and all staff members super polite and lovely. We didn’t feel like a guest, more like a family member. The location is ideal, just 5-10min walk to downtown Hamilton. We used the shuttle service to the airport (paid) and it worked flawlessly.

The continental breakfast was ok. A little more variety with some pancakes vs waffles would be good .Some plain cornflakes vs rice Krispie's would be welcomed

The hotel is in a beautiful old house. It is in a quiet area but only a short walk from good bars and restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had every comfort.

Excellent location within a short walking distance of Hamilton centre. Fabulous, friendly staff who make you feel very special and welcome. Ideal location for runners attending the running weekend. Lovely breakfast and beautiful gardens. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

All the team were incredibly friendly. The suite was spotless and comfortable with everything we needed. The super king size bed was very, very comfortable. My Husband slept better than he does at home. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was lovely and warm and never busy, we were there on our own most of the time. Everywhere on the islands is a short taxi, or ferry ride away. Often the hotel gave us a lift into the centre of Hamilton as we have mobility challenges, but it’s an easy walk for anyone with good mobility. There were no biting insects at all, not even any flies or wasps and no sign of any mosquitoes. The food at Ascots is some of the best on the island.
